Visionworks Doctors of Optometry Silverdale

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule my exam quickly, costs were explained up-front and there was no pressure to buy anything. This was the first time in years that it felt like my vision concerns were actually heard and addressed. I'll definitely be back and I'll be recommending this place to anyone I know who's looking for an eye exam or new glasses.

Their scheduling is super easy. When I booked they had many slot times/days available. The eye exam went by quick and smooth! The optometrist was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, as well as everyone else who worked there :) I’ll be returning next time!

Great experience. Very streamlined. Employees were all very helpful and very kind. I wasn’t pressured into buying anything (I buy my contacts online). Dr Sin is very gentle and took her time explaining things to me. Highly recommended.

I recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!! If your currently looking for a new Optometrist or if you already have one I recommend coming here. I went online to make an appointment and was able to be seen the very next day. I even got a new trial pair of contacts in my new prescription to wear Intel I receive the ones I ordered . Which will be on my doorstep within a week . Sounds overdramatic but it has literally been the best experience I have had with a new establishment that has just opened thank you for the great experience

Quick and friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and really made for a fun experience while getting a new prescription. I absolutely recommend this location for your next dr visit! I came into store less than 30 minutes from closing and Amanda was super kind and able to help me with my glasses. I needed a screw put in that had fallen out a long time ago. She not only assisted with that but also put in brand new, and more comfortable, nose bridge pads when I mentioned the discoloration on the metal. She didn’t charge me anything and just asked for a review. They’re a new location. I highly recommend! Great customer service and even though my insurance isn’t covered via them, I think I’ll do my exam another place and pay out of pocket for them to fill my new prescription I need. I likely will get a second pair as well because they have a great sale going on too. Check them out! Thanks Amanda!

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. They were efficient with their intake and the appointment with the doctor went great. Highly recommend them for you glasses and contacts needs.

High tech equipment and friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr Sin and technician were both very thorough and explained things as they went along. Amanda and Kimber (sp?) in the front were very helpful and friendly, and gave their opinion to help me select the right pair for me. Quick expedient service, yet felt personalized. Definitely recommend!
